OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES
Full payment by credit card is required to confirm all reservations. To receive a full refund (less processing fee), you must notify us within 14 days of cancellation. Fees apply afterwards (half the cost of the reservation). Reservations made through a reception contract are nonrefundable. Room rates shown are for double occupancy, subject to change without notice and do not include local taxes or hospitality fees.
Certain holidays and special-event weekends may require a three-night stay. Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Checkout is 11 a.m. Extended check-in/out hours are available. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Pet policy: Your four-legged friends are welcome in the South Point Suite and Middle Bay Studio & Loft. We try to be flexible with our pet policy. However, unattended animals must be crated.
Pet Fee is $75 for the duration of your stay.
